• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from PHBingo or any other gaming platform for violations of terms of service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

PHBingo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and cooperate fully with PAGCOR framework requirements in this regard.

To access real-money gaming features on PHBingo, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) PHBingo account. • Registration is free — no deposit is required to create a PHBingo account.
• PHBingo reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate termination.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting PHBingo support.

PHBingo supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). PHBingo does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PHBingo account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. PHBingo does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day.

Anti-Money Laundering: PHBingo complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

PHBingo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

This ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including PHBingo itself.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, PHBingo reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one PHBingo account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the PHBingo platform or its security systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through PHBingo.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PHBingo staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to PHBingo.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures.

PHBingo cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and will provide all relevant information in cases involving suspected criminal activity, including fraud and money laundering.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PHBingo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any PHBingo content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on PHBingo content.
• Use PHBingo's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the PHBingo platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHBingo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the PHBingo platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the PHBingo platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the PHBingo platform.

PHBingo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHBingo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit PHBingo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

PHBingo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering on PHBingo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The types of data we collect include registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, gameplay data, and device/technical information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the PHBingo platform.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PHBingo, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PHBingo operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Certain disputes related to gaming fairness may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures.
